Triple Your Energy In Just Three Days

Whether your health is good or bad is driven largely by the level of inflammation in your body as well as the amount of lean muscle mass you have. Some diseases, including obesity, are linked to inflammation as well as the lack of muscle mass. Controlling the inflammation in your body is a must. You are able to effectively control the onset of many diseases including, but not limited to: heart disease, type II diabetes, depression, obesity and arthritis. Over time, muscle mass decreases. This is especially true when we are not eating enough protein and are not exercising. The less muscle mass in our bodies, the more weight we gain. If you want to keep body fat down, up the level of lean mass you have. Low levels of inflammation and high levels of muscle mass are great markers of a healthy body. We can keep our bodies young through proper nutrition and exercise so if you are thinking that you have to lose lean muscle mass because you are getting older – think again! We get old from the inside out. This is why you want to keep your inflammation down and keep up with regular exercise. There is a reason these are called essential fatty acids, you guessed it – because they are essential! The human body is not able to make them itself so you have to ingest them. Once EFAs are broken down, they contribute to functioning of vital organs. EFAs regulate body functions and are essential to cardiac cells. Other functions linked to EFAs – blood pressure, heart rate, clotting, fertility, conception and the immune system functions. Maybe you have heard of EFAs referred to as Omega-3’s or linolenic acid and Omega-6’s or linoleic acid. These are musts whenever you want to lose weight. There are two major forms of omega-3 fats used by the body and those are EPA = eicosapentaenoic acid and DHA = docosahexaenoic acid. Research reports that a person who keeps a high diet in Omega-3’s is at a lower risk of cardiovascular diseases. It is also reported that EFA’s may help with reduction of depression and suicidal feelings. How does this help your diet? Remember that energy is generated in the cells during the metabolism of these acids. This will help your metabolism keep running and burning extra carbs that are stored as fat.
Fish oil also has other benefits, such as:
• Reduces inflammation
• Eliminates joint pain
• Improves vision
• Increases mental focus
• Treats ulcers, Chron’s Disease, and colitis
• Provides healthier gums
• Gives you smoother skin, hair and nails
• Decreases triglyceride levels
• Increases daily calorie burn

Using EPA/DHA supplements for 30 days will allow you to feel the true difference. EPA/DHA balance should be 2:1. Other research shows the best amount is around 2g EPA to 1g DHA each day. Most fish oils on the market would require that you take 10 each day or 5 teaspoons or straight fish oil. This sounds like a lot but you need these levels to get your body to behave in the manner you desire.

3 “Diet Foods” Guaranteed to Sabotage Your Health.

The primary function of our metabolism is simply to provide the right amount of fuel (at the right time) to keep our bodies alive and functioning. It accomplishes this through a complex series of chemical reactions whereby food is converted to the energy we need. When we eat, the food we swallow enters our digestive tract and is broken down by digestive enzymes. Carbohydrates are converted to glucose, fats to fatty acids and protein to amino acids. Once these nutrients are broken down, they are absorbed by the bloodstream and carried into the cells of the body. Our metabolism then works to either release these nutrients as energy, use them to build and repair lean tissue or store them for later use. There are two basic metabolic processes—one is constructive and is responsible for building and storing energy for the body. The other is destructive, though in a positive sense, as it breaks down nutrient molecules to release energy. The constructive metabolic process is called anabolism, whereas the destructive process is called catabolism. Anabolism: promotes the growth of new cells, the maintenance and repair of tissues, and the storage of energy—usually through body fat—for future use. Small nutrient molecules are converted into larger molecules of protein, carbohydrates and fat. Catabolism: is responsible for immediately providing the body energy to use. Instead of building up, it breaks down the nutrient molecules to release energy. These two processes do not occur simultaneously but are balanced by the body based on several factors. Catabolism, in particular—though some attribute this to overall metabolism—has three components:
1. Basal metabolism: sometimes called resting metabolism, this is the metabolism component responsible for keeping you alive by ensuring normal body functions. Even if you were bedridden the whole day, basal metabolism is still at work. Basal metabolism is metabolism’s main component, as 60 to 70 percent of the calories from the food you eat are used for this. People who want to lose weight usually aim for a higher basal metabolic rate (BMR).
2. Physical movement: this can range from a simple moving of your fingers to
strenuous exercise. Usually 25 percent of the calories you consume are for
this purpose.
3. Thermic effect of food: this indicates the digestion and processing of the food you take in. Depending on the type of nutrient you consume, approximately 10% of the calories of the food you eat are burned through this. As you will see, the digestion of certain foods will require much more calorie expenditure than others. Protein takes a lot of calories to digest while carbohydrates take far less. Thus, taking all this into account, here is our metabolism formula: Calories From Food = Calories Expended From Basal Metabolism (60-70%) + Calories Expended By Physical Movement (25%) + Calories Expended Digesting Food (10%)
What Affects Metabolism?
Your metabolic rate, or how fast or slow your metabolism works, is influenced by a
number of factors:
Genetics: yes, metabolic rate is also inherited. Sometimes this makes an entire
world of difference between a person who can eat almost everything and not gain
an ounce and a person who easily balloons after indulging just once.
Age: the younger you are, the faster your metabolism is. Metabolism slows down
as you age. Women’s metabolic rate starts falling at the age of 30; for men, decline
starts later at the age of 40.
Gender: men have a faster metabolic rate—usually 10-15 percent faster—than
women because their bodies have a larger muscle mass. Muscle plays a key role in
a fast metabolism, as will be discussed in exercise portion of The 2 Week Diet.
Amount of lean body mass: as already mentioned above, more muscle = faster
Diet: some foods will help you, some will only harm you. While timing is not
everything, meal frequency greatly affects your metabolism.
Stress level: stress is inversely proportional to metabolism. The more stressed you are subjected to, the lower your metabolism will be.
Hormones: specific hormones metabolize specific nutrients. How well the hormones work, then, directly affects metabolism. To a certain extent, diet and stress levels affect the hormones involved in metabolism, as you will find out later. Hormonal disorders or imbalances can affect metabolism as well. Looking at all these factors that influence metabolism, you now probably have a general idea of what you need to do to increase your metabolism—accept the things you cannot change, and work on those that you can!

What Are the Biggest Reason Diets Fail?

Research has shown that it takes approximately 14 days for us to develop a new
habit. This means 14 days of eating healthy… 14 days of going to the gym… 14 days of doing whatever it is that you want to implement as a habit into your life. Too often, when we try to implement a new habit into our lives, we look at it in unmanageable light. Because of this, these new healthy habits never get off the ground because instead of focusing on just 14 days, we sabotage our goals with the mindset that we will have to sacrifice forever. So, instead of starting with thoughts of making a new habit for life, you can make it a lot easier by simply telling yourself that you are just going to “try” this diet for 14 days. We can all do 14 days, right? Let your brain “know” that once this “trial period” is over, you can go back to your old eating habits. Then, while your brain lets you participate in this “trial,” it will also be working to form new neural pathways once it realizes that the new habit has benefited you positively in some way. This is the science behind habit developing and research has shown that it takes approximately 14 days to develop new habits or to break old ones.

In the case of The 2 Week Diet, your brain will noticed that it now takes less work to move your body throughout the day because it has shed so many pounds. It will notice the increased energy you have as a result of your daily walks, weekly resistance training and other exercise components of this diet. Your body will also take note of your physical appearance, your muscle tone and how your clothes are now much looser. Basically, your brain will see remarkable benefits that will stick with you and cause you to follow along the path of good eating and exercise habits Now, understand that research has shown neural pathways to any habit (even the bad ones) can be life-long, which means bad habits can resurface when triggered to do so. This means that you constantly have to be aware of your thoughts and you need to make conscious efforts to avoid engaging in your bad habits of the past. Believe me, after 14 days, it’s relatively simple to convince yourself to avoid the bad habits. You will be able to indulge in your favorite food without them taking over your life. My intention of The 2 Week Diet is to not only burn fat away fast, but to also enforce new, good habits of eating and regular exercise that will stay with you forever. This will ensure that you get the body you’ve always wanted and keep it for life.

8 Ways To Lose Weight At Home

Fitness expert and Korean Doctor share exciting information about how a single and all too common kitchen item is literally the key to losing as much as 7 to 10 pounds in a single week.

You’ve tried cutting out carbs… you’ve followed Atkins, Southbeach and the TLC diet… you’ve worn the tread off your running shoes… and yet, you’ve seen no significant weight loss or perhaps you’ve seen the weight come right back again when you take a break.  This is an all too common story for most people living in western nations today.

The reasons that you’ve struggled with your weight like so many of us is because like all of us, you’ve been exposed to fitness and weight loss myths, rather than facts.  Considering the weight loss industry generates more than $70 billion in the United States alone, its big business and they aren’t in a hurry to eliminate their client base.

Combining ancient Asian wisdom and modern medical research, a former marine Special Forces trainer and Korean doctor have created a simple, accurate and effective weight loss program called Fat Decimator.  This system peels back the veil on weight loss by dispelling the myths and showing you the science behind how the body works and how to work in harmony with your body’s natural fat burning abilities to rapidly, safely and permanently shed unsightly and unhealthy pounds.

And what’s one of the most important keys that lies at the heart of Fat Decimator and at the heart of your weight loss trouble – salt!

Finally, independent clinical research clearly illustrates how cutting salt from your diet is actually counter-productive to weight loss and can even cause long term health risks.

Doctor Sam Pak, a specialist on internal medicine and human bio-chemistry as well as being one of the co-founders of Kyle Cooper’s Fat Decimator system explains the true relationship between salt and weight loss.

“Your body uses salt for a variety of reasons.  Among these is that salt helps balance the PH levels of your stomach acid, allowing you to more easily break down foods for efficient digestion.  By robbing your body of salt, you not only reduce the amount of nutrients your lower GI is absorbing, you’re also preventing the body from breaking down certain acids that are dangerous to the rest of the body.”

Doctor Pak continues, “When you don’t break these acids down, your body begins to create and store more fat as a defense against these harmful acids.  Your body enters a state known as metabolic acidosis.  I liken it to leaving a pot of stew on the stove.  Over time, the food begins to rot.  This is exactly what happens in the human body as a result of a lack of salt.  No matter how hard you work, you’ll simply create more fat deposits and erode muscle tissue.”

Eating the right amount of salt is just one critical component in your weight loss journey.  In their program, Fat Decimator, Doctor Pak and Kyle Cooper explain exactly how this works and how certain fruits and vegetables thought to be healthy also contain dangerous amino acids that are harming your body.  The system also discusses the need for carbs, how to exercise properly and a variety of other techniques that have delivered remarkable results to over 50,000 regular people just like you.

In his presentation, Kyle talks about how he met Doctor Pak and how they worked to create the system.  He also explains how that very system literally saved the lives of a woman in her early 40’s who was facing her own demise from heart disease.

“Sharon’s story has inspired many folks,” Kyle notes, “Including me.  My chance meeting with her and watching her turn her life completely around in a matter of a month showed me that sharing this information was what the good lord really wanted me to do.”

Everything contained in The Fat Decimator System is backed by hard science.  Even Sharon Monroe’s miraculous change was tested by experts at John’s Hopkins who confirmed that her health had indeed improved and that she’d actually turned back the clock of age.

The Fat Decimator Systemgives you the power to boost your body’s own metabolic processes, improve your digestion, enhance your ability to fight disease all while delivering astonishing weight loss results.  While no one can guarantee another’s results, testimonials from thousands have clearly shown that losing 7 pounds per week is a moderate goal if the system is followed to the letter.

Enthusiastic users:

David W. of Clarksville, Maryland tried the system as a last resort.  He reported that after losing 5 pounds his first week, he went on to lose a total of 47 and has never felt better in his life.

Susan G. of Houston, TX lost a total of 34 pounds in a single month.  She was thrilled to say that none of her clothes would fit and that she was once again able to fit into the size 8’s she’d been saving for years.

Fat Decimator is a simple step by step process that doesn’t require starving yourself, grueling workouts, crazy pills or supplements or expensive exercise gadgets that don’t work.  It’s an all-natural, scientifically proven program that delivers amazing results to those who follow it.
